Kim Jones Is Staging Dior’s First Men’s Pre-Fall Show in Tokyo

Following in the wake of his debut for the house this June, Kim Jones has announced that he will be staging Dior’s first-ever men’s Pre-Fall show – and be doing so in Japan. Taking place on November 30, the show will apparently celebrate the brand’s historic ties with the nation – Monsieur Dior loved Japan and often referenced it, just like Jones. “A fashion show in Tokyo is the best way to present and celebrate my first Dior Pre-Fall men’s show,” said Jones in a statement. “Japan is a magical country that I know quite well and that I love particularly for its incredible and unique culture, history and nature, which have always been very fascinating and a great source of inspiration to me.”
