Dover Street Market Teams Up With Tiffany & Co
- TextOrla Brennan
This week, as Dover Street Market celebrates its 15th birthday, the radical retail store showcases a special new collaboration with historic American jeweller, Tiffany & Co. The men’s jewellery collection sees Tiffany’s world famous silverwork get the DSM treatment, with seven limited-edition pieces rendered in a modern, utilitarian style. The collaboration encompasses dog-tag necklaces, chain link bracelets, rings and cufflinks, all of which are crafted in gently distressed silver and embossed with a makers symbol inspired by the renowned Tiffany holloware shop. The collection arrives in stores at a special time for Dover Street Market, which this week celebrates a decade and a half of boundary-breaking vision in retail; to celebrate, the store has collaborated with a multitude of friends and designers – from Raf Simons to Simone Rocha – each of which have specially created monochrome-themed pieces. Alongside these collaborations, special installations and displays have been erected, including a construction arrangement designed by Rei Kawakubo featuring typography by Pokras Lampas, which adorns the outside of the Dover Street Market London store.Â
Tiffany 1837 Makers Heritage Edition is available to buy now at Dover Street Market stores and online.Â
